Journey of bus conductor to Kabali? Luck? Hard work? Success mantra

At present, Rajinikanth is a star,Superstar and for most of them Rajini is their God. Rajini fans can do anything and everything for their Style Icon Rajinikanth and they built a temple for their God Rajini which was not a hyperbole. This was one side of Great Rajinikanth witnessed by many and now we were going to know the other side of Rajinikanth, a bus conductor named Shivaji Rao Gaekwad.
Shivaji Rao Gaekwad who was named in memory of the Great Maratha Warrior Chhatrapathi Shivaj in a lower middle class maratha family to the parents Ramabai and Ranoji Rao Gaekwad at Hosur in Bangalore, who hailed from Maharashtra during the time of his ancestors. His father was a constable and mother was house wife including him four children were there, among them two brothers were elder and the other one is sister.
Shivaji continued his study in the government school later his brother got his admission with RamaKrishna Math which seeds spirituality and divinity in mind. Later Shivaji grew older as bus conductor in Karnataka Transport Corporation and he then moved to chennai where he pursued a diploma in acting, after that he was into the hands of Great director Balachander.
With the touch of Balachander, Shivaji Rao Gaekwad became Rajinikanth and initially got supporting roles in the film industry and later followed by his stylish villan made him the promising stylish star in the Tamil film Industry. Rajinikanth’s unique style increasing his fans day by day and finally style was Rajini, Rajini was Style ;after that the seed Shivaji Rao Gaekwad emerged as a huge tree which giving shelter to many of those under his shade.
In his career, he faced lot of hardships to grow from bus conductor to Superstar Rajinikanth. “On the eve of the Kabali release, we are coming up with a brief history on his life which was a great inspiration and a great lesson of dedication to many of us and was a role model to many”.
According to Naman Ramachandran, the author of Rajinikanth: The Definitive Biography, most of Rajinikanth's philanthropic activities went unpublicised because he did not want them to be so. Rajinikanth has given away half of his income to charities. In the 1980s, when superstitious beliefs prevented a majority of people from donating eyes, Rajinikanth took the case of campaigning in support of corneal transplantation via television and public speeches.Rajinikanth's fan associations regularly organise blood donation and eye donation camps and distribute food during his birthday.
With his simplicity he has won infinite fans. He also has got some spiritual charisma. It is a known story that superstar Rajinikanth makes his Himalayan Trip every year to recharge himself at the Holy Caves of Babaji. It is a common belief that Baba has lived for more than 2,500 years and that the caves exude a lot of positive energy and one can feel that when he visits the cave with dedication.



So what is his success mantra? Dedication? Luck? Hard work? or a combination of all of them?
Well I would put it across this way. He along with his growth also looked into growth of his fellow members and for the society as a whole.
